FULL TERMS OF SERVICEthe basics
➤ All prices are in USD. A PayPal invoice will be sent immediately prior to and must be paid in full before drawing begins.
➤ Prices are subject to change based on complexity. This will be discussed between myself and the client prior to sending the invoice.
➤ There is a no-refund policy on completed commissions.
➤ Commissions over $80 will receive work in progress images automatically, but must otherwise be requested. Edits after completion of commission based on artist error will be provided for free, but edits based on omission of information on the client's part will incur additional fees.
➤ Client must provide image references (where applicable). A flat color palette is requested for painted references/references where the intended local color is not immediately apparent.
➤ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, at any point during the process. A refund will be provided if I refuse the commission after it has been paid for.usage and ownership
➤ All art is for personal use by the client only. Commercial use can be discussed and will incur additional fees. Personal use means, in essence, any usage that does not involve using my art to make money. Character designs may only be used for personal, non-commercial work, unless otherwise discussed.
➤ Resale of character designs (eg adoptables) is not permitted. You may, however, trade them.
➤ I (the artist) retain the rights to my art otherwise, and may use it as I wish (eg, as a commission example, portfolio piece, or posting on my social media). My signature will be on the completed product and is not to be removed. I will not sell private commissions as prints or other merchandise. If the client wishes for the commission to remain entirely private/unpublished, please discuss with me!what i will and won't draw...
➤ will: original characters, fan characters, canon characters, armor, light gore, light nsfw (such as lingerie or breasts)
➤ might: quadrupedal animals, irl people, mecha/robots--including technologically complex props. (this category is for things I hesitate to draw--I may not be very good at them, as fair warning!)
➤ will not: hate material, explicit gore, explicit nsfwif you would like further clarification on any of this, please ask!public queue
